Just taken the car in to a Bodyshop to get a quote for respraying the whole bonnet (vandals scratched the hell out of it) taking a minor ding out of the arch lip and spraying the front wing. £270 all in. is that good or not?

The place is a full time bodyshop that also houses a subaru rally team that also builds some ridiculously quick subaru road and rally cars so they should know what they are doing, hopefully.

I'm having a dent in the wing repaired/blow the door in and been quoted £350 (there is quite a lot of labour to repair it)

As Dyney says, sounds about right. Mine is in as we speak getting the A pillars repaired,door handles , side skirts and back quarters colour coded. £200
But thats a cheapy by a friend as theres a lot of faffing about to do the door handles apparently.

not a bad price at all mate? Some places charge a bit more than that for an STi 8 spoiler spray so good deal really? I had to have all the panels on the passenger side of my classic blown in because of some mindless w..k..r! I paid £270 cash as a favour??
