Thanks to both. I HATE trying to get bits off if I don't know what I'm doing, either struggling to undo bolts I don't need to, or pulling fruitlessly at something when there's another hidden bolt or clip holding it on

watch out for them 2 security bolts behind the numberplate

i didnt have the tools for them, so ill be honest, i just grabbed the bumper and ripped it the **** off lol (was crash damaged anyway)
