I bought them second hand on SN but they are available as an OEM Subaru part on their website. The kit comes in three pieces...two parts which fit on the sides of the rear bumper (colour coded) and a "diffuser" in black which joins them across the rear bumper and around the tailpipe. I have had the black diffuser colour coded as well
