How tall is the STI8 scoop?

Question How tall is the STI8 scoop?

Ive just started making a bonnet for the 03/04, I want the scoop to be the same height as the STI8, socould someone get their measuring tape out please
Heres a Paint shop picture of how it will look

mmm. They'd fit WRX03s too right?

Sorry, can't help on the measurements thing.

Would be much nicer with the WRC type cut out. Evo-esque!!!

Approx 85mm to the underside edge of the scoop.

Hi Matt.
I know what you mean, it would look cool, but that would only be useful if you have a FMIC, as all the hot air coming out of the vent will go straight back in the scoop.
At least this way you get better radiator cooling and a good supply of cool air to the IC.

Mr O,is that just wet primer or paint,vent's look like a bigger version of the wing vent's on a Z3

The former has just been laquered in this pic, ready to take the mould from.
Guess they do look a bit like the Z3s

Im just finishing off the under frame mould now, so should have the first one made up in GRP next week.
I just need tot test fit it then it will be available.
They will be priced exactly the same as the existing bonnets that I make,

Price GRP only: £375.00 primed only, £475.00 colour coded.

Carbon/ GRP composite: £425.00 primed only, £525.00 colour coded/ laquered.

Which one are you interested in Andy? GRP, or the Carbon/ GRP composite (side pannels in carbon)
