Default What Price i am looking at for a re-spay in Mica Green

I've got a 1999 UK Turbo in Mica Green

My car needs two new doors and am looking at prob respraying the car so the colour matches up all round.

Would just like an indication of what the likely cost is of a respray is so i dont get ripped off!!

Av bin quoted £650 for a full side to be resprayed (is this reasonable??) but i'd rather spray the whole car.

I've heard Scooby Clinic are good sprayers has anyone had a full respray off them if so how much did cost??

Cheers for any help in advance!!!

£650 sounds hefty to me - place quoted me £1000 all in for the whole car a while back and people were telling me this wasn't as cheap as others either!

I would have said £1000 was reasonable, If its any cheaper, then surley they must be cutting corners, or giving you a hefty discount. Theres a hell of a lot of work involved in doing it properly, I mean, you have got to take half the car appart to start with.....

Depends on location, too. Most garages around here charge upwards of 60 quid an hour labour, whereas in other parts of the country they charge as low as 20 quid. Since there's a fair bit of labour involved in a full respray, I'd expect the labour charge to be quite a big chunk of the total price.
