Anyone dealt with this guy before?

Look about halfway down for the package for $1350. Would you need a new bonnet / headlights to go with this stuff on an earlier classic?

I take it you mean the Yellow one 
The bonnet vents and headlight eyebrow will only fit the facelifted bonnet and lights but the rest will fit an earlier car.
BTW All the parts listed are available fom Subaru as they are std fit parts on the later cars (facelifted) or from specialist suppliers in the UK
Probably cheaper than that too
