the black metal panel behind the rear doors is looking a little bit shabby

does anyone know what kind of paint would be best for respraying it? and are they easy to remove

The rear panels are on with poppers you should be able to lever them of GENTLY.Then get yourself a scotchbrite pad or some wet and dry s.paper and flatten panels down(will give a good keyed surface for paint to stick to)

Go to your local auto store and buy satin black spray cans and use them to spray about 2 even light coats and one final wet glossy coat.Make sure to lay panels out flat to prevent runs and make sure to clean the panel first with de-greaser or a little petrol and make sure it is dust free for a perfect finish.Have fun mate and dont forget to leave enough time to dry!
