Carplan Powerbond.
Its a clear silicon adhesive.
I ordered a P1 style splitter from dr motorsport last year, and they supplied a tube of this stuff. Its flexable, so should'nt crack under flexing.
I used a fixing screw in each wheel arch as well, just to make sure.

Another vote for Sikaflex adhesive here.
I used a small amount of this stuff to seal the boot holes on a Rallytech spoiler after silicone sealer leaked slightly. When I came to try and get the spoiler off I couldn't it was solid. I wouldn't have needed to put the bolts back in it was that solid!
