Without wishing to sound 'thick', how do you get the old letters off without knackering the car... and how do you fit the new ones?

Thanx,

Chris

Oh I don't know about that as our car never had any writing on it.
To get the WRX sticker off I used a hairdryer and it worked as it made the glue warm - dunno if it would do the same for SUBARU lettering

yup a hairdryer will soften the adhesive allowing you to remove the letters, u can also use cat-gut or fishing line to "saw" the the letters off, run it behind and using a sawing motion to cut the foam backing... u can then use petrol ona rag to finally wipe away any residue...
