Mods, please leave here for a while, nobody looks in styling

either these 003-003-007 or these 009-478-001

Does anyone know if either of the above will fit my MY01 WRX. I've made enquiries with JapanParts direct and they've stated that they are direct replacements for JDM STI's and do not know whether they will fit a UK WRX. I've seen the mesh type ones on UK WRX's but not sure if they're identical to the ones that are sold by dealers over here.

Will the JDM black STI's be the same colour as my UK Blue/Black Mica?

Not really cricket BTT'ing constantly Chris, especially when you know you're posting in the wrong forum. If you want to order them quickly, you should really be asking Japan Parts for help. As they stand to make a sale out of it, it should be worth their time and trouble to find out for you.

On the face of it, they should fit, as there's no logical reason why the STi and "regular" UK WRX wouldn't have common parts in this area.

Have a look at GGS1035...I had these on my MY01 WRX...I'm pretty sure they are the same thing as you are referring to.

There is no logical reason those wont fit.

Tons of the guys here State-side are running them,
heck, the Subaru Dealers even Sell the JDM Mesh Fog Lamp shields,
so i KNOW for a fact those fit

Greasemonkey, point taken about wrong forum but was hoping for quick response,

As you can see, I did contact Japan Parts first but weren't much help. The exact reply I got was that they had no idea what a UK WRX looked like so they didn't know if they would fit.

Old Fart - Did they fit over fog lights on your WRX or did you have to remove them?

They do appear to be the same ones as on GG website. Guess I'll have to take the plunge and hope for the best
