whats the best way to fit mesh to the bonnet scoop in the feeble hope it will reduce the impact damage of stones being tossed up by the vehicle in front on my lovely jubbly new sti intercooler?
I saw it on the green scooby in last months japanese performance and it seemed like a bally good plan.

any ideas, or even better, any pics of it done to your car?

Dont do it m8. Genearl opinion is that it will increase I/C temp because at high speed it will be similar to a barrier.

 

Someone, either Powerstation or Power Engineering used to do an intercooler protector for the above purpose, but again, there was some talk of it having a similar effect.
