This is the car the molds were taken from

The splitter was in Silver, as it is the one in the previous pic, and I have the blue replica from that pic too, which is a very good replica

edited to add, the replica is very good, although the same cant be said about my first attempts and spraying but then it only cost me 30 quid to do the splitter & side skirts

Cheers

Steve

What MY? Is it just the splitter and not the whole bumper?

An original STI6 splitter is only £120 from a Dealer. Of course, painting & fitting is gonna add up.

I know the original P1 splitters are expensive

yes they are. I think the MY99/00 bumper already has all the holes to accept the STI splitter. You can fit them yourself once it's been painted up.

Dan

I have found a supplier and passed all the relevant details on to Derek, he was then going to use this info to source them locally

Although my local supplier can get them no probs

Cant remember the exact price off the top of my head, but I think they were circa 40-45 quid each, in two styles, driving lamp & fog lamp

The difference being the deflector inside the lamp, I did send Derek some pictures of the brackets, with dimensions too, if someone knows some who could fabricate some from steel, using mine as a template, I wouldnt mind loaning them out for this purpose

I did try to remove the bracket, but I couldnt without hacksawing off the bolts on the adjusters at one end

Ive always liked the P1 lip spoiler as it looks more aggressive better than my sti v6 lip, great job i must admit i couldnt tell the dif which one was real as for the P1 spots it would be nice to see what the lights look like. Ive got my cash ready and waiting. How far away are you from getting the complete package lip, spots with lights & possibly the bracket. Ive seen copies but youve got it right Fundimental
