Paint shop in Norfolk

Need to get my front bumper re-sprayed as some nice person in a white car has left scuff marks right across it (also took out one of the spots...). Not worth the insurance with a £350 excess.
The lower rear spoiler (5 door) is a toally different shade of red to the rest of the car too.
Anyone know a good value paint/body shop in Norfolk, pref Norwich, area?
