Question

Has anyone ever painted the logo Prodrive on the sides of the WR spoiler a different colour to the spoiler.

I'm thinking of spraying the logo silver on a DBM WR spoiler just not sure what it would look like. If anyone has any pictures i would be gratefull.

Cheers James.

Would it not be better, cheaper and safer to use a sticker ?
You should be able to get some made up to whatever size and colour you want for £10-20 from a signwriter. No worries about slipping with the paint, or getting it off come resale time.

D'Uh ! Brainfade. I've just realised you mean the moulded logo built into the spoiler sideplate - stickers wouldn't work to well.
You might have a hard job painting it manually, but I reckon it would look pretty good if you could pull it off (the successful painting, not the spoiler)

Well i'm gonna give it a go and see what happens, i reckon it will look great if it comes out o.k. Gonna do both colours in base coat 2 pack and then lacuer in one go all over to avoid a join in the lacuer.

Will post pics when finished, fingers crossed.

James.

Looks good, although I would have left the box blue, and just done the lettering

Looks good, but I think I would have picked out the lettering too.
