02 STI wrap around fog covers?

Does anyone know if these fit a standard 02 WRX or is the whole bumper different?

It's a different bumper so you'd need that plus the covers.From memory,the bumper is £650 and the wraparound covers £350 when I last looked at the STi spares catalogue!!
