Does anyone know who's car this is and where he/she got that splitter on the front bumper...

I wan't one, it looks the dog's dangley's...

It's a bit like the splitter I had. I don't know where it came from though.

they are good quality but they will not have the meshed parts cut out on the sides, this looks like someone has added that themselfs...!!
