Not sure which model car you've got, but he MY98 onwards is very easy
To get to the wingmirrors just leaver of the piece of plastic on the inside of the door (i used a screwdriver carefully- it comes off quite easily) then you might find the connectors for the electric mirrors are inside the door card, if they are follow these instructions: http://www.chiark.com/scooby/icetoc....&subsection=11 and just unplug it
Then just undo the three screws showing which were under the plastic bit - all done
Side skirts are also easy, just a few blots underneath (5? not sure) (and in near the wheels) and pull They pop of and pop back on again.
...as for the rear bumper...I'll let someone more technical do that one
...of course this is completely useless if you have a new shape...but then at least I tried

Excellent - the door pannels may be a bit different depending on whether it's the pre-facelift or the facelift...but apparently they're very easy anyway

Unfortunatley, the rear bumper is a b*****d to get off. The bolts along the top edge are virtualy inaccessable, so you end up having to remove the whole bumper bar from the chassis.
