will 00 front bumper grill
etc
fit straight on 98
also does rear spoiler use same mounting on high level 00
as low level 98

Not sure about grill but a mate has just fitted a MY00 rear spoiler to a MY97 and the holes were the same.

Yes!.

The MY99 Grill was a straight swap.

The MY99 Bumper skin fitted over the MY98 bumper bar and all the foglight holders lined up.

My STI4 rear spoiler (Used by Uk marker for MY99/00 cars)bolted sraight on to the boot of my friends 97 WRX low level spoiler holes and clips. It was an easier fit than the original STI5 spoiler that replaced it on mine as the leading edge clips are different.
