Dental floss mate!
Get a piece, (thin string will do, but it needs to be strong), hold each end in different hands, pass the floss behind the badge to one side, pull towards the other side while GENTLY "sawing" it up and down.
Easier to do than to describe.
Why not remove the black(?) paint from the back of it while you're at it, using Wickes paintbrush cleaner, and rubbing with a cloth, then respray pink?
Refix with sticky pads available for numberplates from most carshops.
