Default B Pillars, wrap or paint?

My hawkeye B pillars (between the front and back windows) are faded and generally horrible. What's the consensus on the best way to go to get them looking tip top again? They have just faded due to age.

Can do, I have it already. I thought perl was for plastics, pretty sure these are metal? I am referring to the outside, not the inside, sorry should have been clearer.

Carpro Perl worked a treat, diluted 3:1, not sure how long it will last, not to worried either, it's not like it took long to apply.

If it doesn't last long, apply it 1:1
