Painting inside of headlight lens
Hi guys I'm interested in painting the lens inside my headlight, any one know where to get it done or if i could get some headlights for my hatch cheap enough I'd have a go myself

It's pretty easy to separate the lens from the body of three headlight and do yourself.
Remove as many components and metal bit (screws, clips leveling motors) as you can.
Preheat your oven to about 150°C and put the heat light in for about 5mins to heat the sealant. Try to avoid contacting any plastic with the oven shelves etc. I used a fire brick to place my lens on.
Gently pry the lens from the headlight, if your using what you'd consider too much force pop it back in the oven for few more minutes.
Once you have separated you can spray the reflector surround as you wish and remember to clean the sealant off before trying to reseal.

I did the same thing recently but i used a heat gun instead as i didn't fancy using the oven method.. i used black adhesive/silicon to reseal too to make sure they didn't get condensation in them
