The South Africa v England Test Match Thread
Sorry it's a bit late boys was @ Depeche Mode last night and it takes me a bit longer than it used to to get going in the mornings!
We have good news and bad....
SA are 1 wicket down being the good news... any idea what the bad news is?

F*ck Colly, I'm still coming to terms with how bad it was last night
Dressed in Black, bloody retro Mode or what.
Sounds like 2 killer gigs, homesick for the snow and the gigs now

From an unhappy Jim in Sheffield, TMS inbox: "The argument that Bell has a great technique is nonsensical for me. I've got a decent technique stood in my bedroom, but surrounded by 11 Saffers baying for blood it might fall down a bit. Although I'd have probably had a stab at hitting the ball."

Hopefully we can hold out for a draw unless KP has an inspired day and does a Chris Gayle.
I tell you the Windies ahould have beaten the Aussies in Perth, 80 to win 3 wickets in hand but they tried to smash everything for 6 with a whole day ahead of them, ridiculous.

"That Pietersen, eh? He's being carried by the rest of the England team. He's nothing but a showboater and an incorrigible egotist. Not to worry though: we've got Ian Bell."

10 wickets in a day (and counting) KP throwing his wicket away, the pressure getting to Bell (again) and 14 runs in 10 overs at one point.
Still think we can win this one though.
It does make me laugh every time KP gets boo'd by the South Africans though.

Sadly I didn't get to see any of the 2nd test, great result though, and the third looks poised to be very tight.
So I missed Bell's 141, or was that a typo in the paper

Oh dear Jimmy and Trott have gone already, we now have Ian "1 good innings every 18 months" Bell
From the BBC
1000: Eng 164-5
Ian Bell: your time is now. This is your day. Silence the doubters. End the criticism. Dabber outside off, four though backward point. That's my boy.
