The link still works for me, basically its United official site offering a small number of tickets on a first come first served basis now.

Chelsea website are not selling single tickets on their own anymore, theyre only selling them in tour packs and the only ones that have left is a 2 night stay for £999

Well no, they were sending you to a link where more tickets can be bought I guess. Anyone can buy tickets in the neutral area, Chelsea and Man U.
