Toon into the Cup Semi's
Well, what can I say??
We were poor. Got the goal, went to pieces after. Spurs played well, and if I'm honest, deserved something out of the game. We played like the away team, but as they say, that's football.
Semi final here we come!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Not so long ago, we could not dream of winning 1-0, now, although at times we look shakey, Souness (who I've slated since he arrived at the Toon), has got them believing they can actually win 1-0!!!! I would never had believed it. Could Walwal be coming round to the Souness way of football??
If we win trophies, ******* sign me up boys!!!!!!
Come on boys, do it for Big Al.
Andy.

Given rightly got Man of the Match today for his saves, but why doesn''t he come for crosses???
In the 1st half, a free kick was swung in, and he waited and waited until the last second until he punched it out. A keeper's 6 yard box is supposed to be his own domain. He should flatten everybody to collect the ball.
Doesn't instill much confidence in the back line when the keeper is scared of the crossed ball I'm afraid.
Bar that, I'm a happy lad tonight.

Well I cant say that I'm displeased with the result
but...
I remain unconvinced by Sourness, our league position says it all.
Now if we were to win something.... well that would be different!!!

Well done the Toon
We'll take you in the semis , although I expect it to be the **** again and they're due something from us, they haven't beaten us since Wiltord scored at Old T to win the title way back when (not including Charity Shields)

Congrats!!!!!!........ to the toon but i don't think you are good enough to win the cup. As stated in the previous threads you started well got the goal and then sat back and the spurs then started to get the better of the game but i will be watching with bated breath the draw for the semi's on sky at 1330 hours.
