I have never tried to ride a unicycle but quite fancy one for the bicycle collection. My work commute is only ~3.5 miles each way which I think might be fun on a unicycle. I need a beginners unicycle to learn on which can hopefully continue on as a suitable machine for the commute.
I've been looking at http://www.unicycle.com but there are just too many choices!
Anyone offer me some starter advice on unicycling?
Cheers
Matt

Unicycle advice for 1st timers:
They have only one wheel (!), and are bloody hard to balance - in the same way that making any progress on a pogo stick is none too easy...
