hello mate,just clinging on to 8 handicap,7.6.

 

i havn't played for 18 months...packed it in because i managed to play 9 times in a year (cos my little un came along) and green fees were £660 ...at the time i was off 5.6.

22BUK very impressive most of my mates are pretty low +1.5 and 2 off scratch.

 

8 now dont play as much now

when i was 18 i was a scratch player only way to go next was pga then girls came along and buggered that up

if i start playing every week i will get it down to 2 ish

ps ive bin band from playing works games the boss doesnt like being beat by a wagon driver lmfao (LEARN TO PLAY YOUNG MAN LEARN TO PLAY)

wots your average drive the best bit of my game 265

longest drive par 5 in the middle of summer down hill on the green for 1 just on the green by about a foot but it was on there run on run on

 

can probably hit about 270-290 pretty consistantly but in between drivers at the moment so just getting used to the new one.

what are the best irons possible in your opinion?

No such thing as 'best' irons...horses for courses...try lots at a proper range

 

was off 9 2 years ago but had hard time of it last year and am now off 11. all sorted though so should be coming down this year. off to ireland on monnday for a 4 day comp wish me luck guys
