Bit biased but would have to agree with you on this one.
Unfortunately Arsene insists on letting that **** jeffers play - so all the talk will be about what a cheating **** he is rather then how good Thierry is .
Still it was a great game (and we get to see it all again in a couple of weeks time ).

Forgive me if I'm wrong but I saw that goal as a miscontrolled first touch, followed by shielding the ball from Cudicini before he realised that Cudicini, for some reason, had ran past him so he just carried on his turn and slotted it into an empty net.
This is not my anti-@rse head on but I didn't see much special about it myself.
He is something though - the most arrogant player I've ever set eyes on. He really does love himself.

Having said that Arsenal are probably the best side in the premiership atm, they have so many attacking options.....Gerard Houlier take note.

Overated French gazelle who relies on his turn of speed ( like the old Owen before his hamstrings and his t*******s started playing up).
If you look at shooting and heading attributes,he is not in the same class as the Premierships power forwards..
Oh yeah, forgot to mention..I SUPPORT SPURS...

PS Hope Spurs avoid relegation this season - would be a shame if they went down

Henry is definetly the best overall striker in the premiership. He has the pace and the shooting ability. He does seem a tad tempremental though - if he gets wound up he doesnt do well. He doesnt seem to do as well against the European defences as they defend a lot deeper which doesnt suit his pace as well as the premiership. He was pretty poor (along with most of arsenal) on tues night, but Pires OMFG!
He is a massive player to Arsenal, in the same way that Nistelrooy is to us. Either of us lose our star strikers and it will be a big loss.
As for Jeffers - dont get me started. The guy is a **** plain and simple. And a wingnut to boot.

He's not even in the same school as Zola tho' let alone the same class
Agree about Jeffers, He was an overrated **** when he was over the road at Goodison

After watching the Arsenal v. Chelsea, great game. I always thought Henry was a brilliant player, his goal was just poetry in motion. And i'm not even an **** supporter
Is Thierry Henry the classiest player in the premier league?

Why defenders seem to defend so high up the pitch against him is beyond me. Time after time he gets the ball just inside the oppositions half, with a near on empty field between himself and the 'keeper, and all he has to do basically is 'run Forest run...' with any defender in sight always hopelessly mistiming a sliding tackle and leaving him on his own.
