I know it is a very lengthy and complicated debate, but i just want to rant about this single example that has cropped up over here. The main part of the story is an All Black by the name of Joe McDonnell has been taken to the disciplinary committee on doping charges because he took a puff of somebody elses asthma inhaler!! It took them 5 hours to come to the conclusion that he should not be banned or fined and now he is free to play again. But what was the point in even taking him to the committee? He took a single puff, and suddenly a huge storm is raised over nothing. He should never have even been charged, and this is just a situation of taking drugs in sport a few steps too far........
