didnt leeds borrow loads of money to buy players some time back?are they not just selling players to reduce the debt/payments?
if they sell some players and get financial stability, is that not the most important thing?

no disrespect intended.....glass houses and all that

Unhappy

Why not wait till tomorrow for Ridsdale's press conference, and see his explanations/ excusses.

It's not what we want ,but i think Ridsdale is looking out for the clubs future, at the expense of the present unfortunately, the promise just didn't materialize, and it's definately not Venebles fault

And for the few out there that don't support Leeds
Don't mock it could well be your club next

si - as far as the "New" stadium goes i ain't heard nothing, money wise, since the Unforgetable Sept 11th, when Ridsdale was in America trying to get sponsors

Atleast we've signed a Real Madrid player to cover for Harte/Lukic,
on loan

That is the one position we are definately weak..........amongst others.

Didn't think much of Ridsdales reasons, but Venables was HONEST, he won't go ........WILL HE

It must be horrible being a Leeds fan at the mo. Watching your side being dismantled in front of your eyes. I can imagine it`s like us selling Dyer, Bellamy, Jenas, Shearer, Viana etc, etc.

Not a nice thought.

Jokes apart, I sympathise with Leeds fans. Not a nice feeling, and one we've had in the past with the sales of Beardsley, Waddle and Gascoigne (albeit not so close together as in the case of Leeds).

When Ridsdale said the Club had a Stock Exchange valuation of £15,000,000 and therefore it made good business to accept a £9M offer for Woodgate, does that mean the Club are now valued at £6,000,000??? Ooh er...

Didn't he mean the club were now £15M in the black after Woodgate's departure.

Unfortunately the shop window is shut to TV can't have the money

I'm sure that was planned too

No, they're still deep in the **** - £77,000,000 at the start of last week. The debt's proabably down to around £65,000,000 - £9M from NUFC for Woody, plus the £3M upfront for Fowler.

Don't you just luv them Aussies

When they do that for Leeds

Wasn't too chuffed when he done it in mid week, but todays was superb

And we get the good fortune and dodgy refereeing decisions going for us.

It's not our fault the ref got it wrong
