A full England call-up could be coming for Sean Davis...

Tord Grip has tipped Fulham's Sean Davis as an England star of the future.

The 23-year-old has stood out for Jean Tigana's team this season and looked comfortable against some of the Premiership's best midfielders.

He outshone Liverpool's Steven Gerrard at Loftus Road in November with England manager Sven-Goran Eriksson watching and has been checked on several times by the Swede and his right-hand man Grip.

"Davis did well last season but he has done even better so far this time," said Grip. "He is definitely in our thoughts among a group of very good young midfielders."
