Apparently Utd have agreed a deal to take Shevchenko to Old T at Christmas, I dont know if its a loan or a purchase, anyone know anymore about this rumour and if true could he play in the Champs League 2nd round?? maybe Veron going in the other direction??

According to Planet Football it doesn't look likely.

The same with Tristan as well!

 

I think, unfortunately, it is just rumours, I've heard them before... The media are finding it difficult to speculate on transfer activity when the transfer window is closed, so it seems they are now blatantly making stuff up!

I wouldn't mind either of those two though, any one of them would do for me! God, we need another quality striker bought in the next window, I know that.

 

What's worrying is that Fergie is saying hes happy with Scholes and Giggs playing up front!!!

I've thought that Fergie's been losing it for a long time, some of his team selections and formations mystify me.

If he doesn't bring in a quality striker during the next window then that will confirm it for me beyond all reasonable doubt.

 

Must say, looking at the Man U squad - it doesn't look as impressive as it has done in previous seasons.
