Angry

The thing that stood out to me most was that we had the most cohesive left side partnership in Christ knows how long, then he takes one of the only two left footers off to put another unproven right footed striker on. I bet when Dyer is fit again, that will be the last we see of Bridge & Cole together down that side, which is a shame because he played a more convincing game than Heskey, Dyer & McManaman could manage between them.

The only other thing that stood out, apart from the general p155 poor passing, was Alan Smith proving at international level what a W4nker he is:angry:

If Macedonia had won last night, it would still have been a fair result.

The overall performance was crap! When is Sven gonna call it a day having Seaman in goal, whats the point of having a 38 year in goal for the qualifers? IF we get through, he surely won't be No. 1 when he is 40

The other goalies [if Sven can make his mind up who is going to step into Seaman's boots] need international experience now!!! England must be a laughing stock at the moment. Excuses on Saturday were bad pitch...what's the excuse now for playing on a very good pitch?

I dont want to jump on the anti seaman band wagon but he did remind me of Shilton when he was coming to the end of his intl career, Seaman is still a good keeper but he's too old for England now and proved it again by not being able to jump, who would u put in though??, calamity??, Robinson??, Martyn. None of them are any better/worse than what weve got right now.
