There is no streaming media of the game. No site would be able to handle the bandwidth, and fifa haven't sanctioned it anyway...

TalkSport's unofficial coverage on the last England match was pretty good.

Failing that, go to worldcup.com and click on the MatchCast link next to the England match. It's a proper real-time commentary (written) but should keep you up to date with the match (unlike, for example, BBC's 'real-time' score which usually lags behind by about 15 minutes).
