Ok, I'm happy to buy all the tickets in advance but need to confirm who's coming. Tickets will be non-refundable so don't stiff me!

OK Chuck,
go ahead and buy two tickets for us, we will be going for 99.9%. Show at 10:15 sounds great.
If by any chance we can't make it we'll of course still pay for our tickets.
We would also love to meet you before hand to get something to eat but if we'll be able to come earlier I will only be able to confim on Tuesday.
But all looks good.

That's a good offer but will depend on whether or not Kate & Robert are coming (giving us a lift) an whether or not Mrs Mutant wants to go home or not (after all, it's only about 30mins drive that time of night.....)

I am the proud owner of 13 tickets for 10pm showing - 15 mins earlier nice eh? I won't be able to get to Bluewater till about 8:30pm, but if you guys wanna have a meal first then go ahead and organise it, I'll turn up for desert 
Of course u can all have cake and ice-cream at Emily's 3rd birthday if you want to first..but I'd recommend not

So anybody local and know the relative locations of somewhere to eat vs the cinema? If we could park up at the cinema and walk to the food venue, that would be good no?
We will probably get there for about 8pm ish...

There is loads there mate...Nandos (very good chicken place) , Fridays, some tex-mex place, Pizza..list goes on. I might be able to sneak out a little earlier now too

Finding the place is a breeze Kate. Drive to Bluewater (follow signs directly after going over Dartford Bridge for you) then follow Bluewater roads to cinema - park in the multi-story next to the entrance. Nando's is right next to the cinema.
I won't be able to get there till 9ish now, pesky kids.
