I should say yes however try
Bath & Bristol Scoobys
They hold a meet in the Glos area about once every 3 months also there are 2 new clubs that have sprouted up in the Glos area:
www.simplysubaruclub.com - no Forum at mo but you can get them through Facebook and there is also Central Subaru Club
failing that there is also the South wales Scooby Crew on SIDC and Scoobynet.
