Default Nurbergring June 2010

Just in the process of putting together a cruise to the nurburgring in mid June, departing on the 14th and returning on the 16th, I'll be putting up all costs including ferry crossing, hotel, ring lap costs, etc in a few days time once I can secure the best deal with the ferry operators, all marquees are welcome not just Subarus..

So I guess Ill start the list off

1.Omar
2.Rickya
3.
4.
5.

I sugest u to go at least for 3 days as u gonna loose a full 12 hrs of traveling to it and coming back. Also u have never ever experienced the track which needs your physical involment as NURBURGRING NORDSCHLEIFE. After half a day u'll be exhausted like u had a 6 non stop rounds with Amir Khan, and u deffo will need a good chill. For 4 days including hotel with fuell and ferry is gonna cost u round 800 ruffly.... Some pics .... more to come if i find them....

P.S. my m8 did early 8mins. with s2000 250bhp.....

Well the plan is to depart early monday morning and generally just chill out on the first day aiming to hit the track on the Tuesday for most of the day, most people attending will be track novices so will be taking it easy once on track, that leaves us the whole of wednesday to get back

Costs as follows : -

Ferry (return) : - £55 - £75 depending on how early we catch the ferry

Nurburgring specific insurance - £120 per day this excludes any damages caused to the track - barriers, etc (for those who need it)

Hotel : - Starting at £50 per night and go up to £250+

Fuel : - £150 - £300 depending on vehicle and how many laps you go for

Lap costs : -

Single lap €22
4-lap ticket €75
8-lap ticket €145
15-lap ticket €250
25-lap ticket €390

Its also highly advisable that you have travel insurance, European breakdown cover as well as check with your insurer that you are covered to drive in Europe

Please PM me if you require me to book your ferry or hotel, as always the earlier the better as prices will rocket up nearer the time

Do you have a link to the insurance details? As the only cover I've ever seen would only cover your car, no third party etc
