Thumbs up Massive New Years Day Thank You.....

As is traditional by the MSOC.....

Just wanted to say a huge thank you to Rich (fiestaboy) who sorted out a well needed (and massively overdue) service. All the fluids and filters changed.... car is running sweet now.

A quick read of the map also showed some useful tweaks could be mate so I'll be back soon mate.

Professional service.... lots of (hot) tea.... and great company..... definitely someone I'll be visiting again soon.
Thanks again mate

I bought 7 x 1 litre bottles of the Silkolene Silktrans stuff..... ended up using just under 5 bottles for both the diff and the gearbox. It's definitely helped with the gearchanges....

I've got the silktrans in at the moment, but it didn't make much difference. I need something local as I have a Saturday morning when I get back from my hols before I go round to Rich's for the work

Just got the rest of the stuff on my Halfrauds trade card, but need to get some more coolant as I picked up the ready mix stuff

Jon - You could try the Castrol Syntrax Driveline stuff - It's OK for syncro boxes, and i think Halfrauds stock it - although i don't think they're the cheapest place to get it from.

Cheers Rich

I get at least 20% off with my trade card so it becomes a normal price

Ah so that was your car I live just down the road from Rich and heard a subaru outside my house the other night so had a look to see who it was and didn't recognise the car but I spotted that the passenger was on a laptop so I guessed it was Rich with someone Your car sounds lovely and looks great
