Opinions on a bit of vinyl?

Opinions on a bit of vinyl?
In trying to further enhance the Spec C's lightweight heritage & image, I am thinking of splashing out on a bit of vinyly. The idea has been on my mind for over a year & I have seen a similar thing on a couple of Litchfields cars & more importantly to try & give it the light weight look. The actual writing will be white in a black surround. A dash of Sti pink might be used? It will obviously say "Spec C" in the traditional Spec C logo, but stretched out. Im not too sure about whether to also have going right across the bottom in a much smaller font in capitals, well spaced "GRP-N HOMOLOGATION"

A bit like this Ricky boy???
Knew i had seen it done on a scoob some where, Looks like the best way to do it is match the vinyl to your wheel colour therefore if you get black ones you should get you wheel to match. Also note that 1 x porker and the scoob have chrome lip rims which does work well not sure with black thou.
If you decide to go for it my suggestion would be for just to keep it as' Spec C ' down the side forget any rally homo shite and no pink!!!

Nice to hear from you Ash
Yes Guv, but more in the style of the Litchfield one & not the Porker style. The letters font will be in Spec C style as below & will have a rectangular stripe type surround as in Litchfiled one, I think. Though it will say Spec C in the centre as in Porker design & be slightly bigger than Litchfield one but not as big as Porker one. Underneath the last straight line/stripe will be well spaced & stretched " GRP-N HOMOLOGATION". Im doing a bit of a black & white theme at the moment so writng will be in either satin or matt black or maybe car carbon look? What do you lot reckon?

matey. i like wat youve done to the front. carbon all the way, but, with this idea you have i have an idea for ya. youre best bet is to go to a sticker shop. the best one i know is called utopia signs in apsley. take a pic of your car to them and tell them your idea. they will be able to sit down with you and draw it up on the computer and change it how you want too.
