Friendly MOT Testers/Regulations
Afternoon all!
The Mini is up for it's first MOT in my ownership and am a bit nervous about an emissions test. It's a 1980 car, does it need one? If so, does anyone know a friendly tester, just in case?
Have booked it in for Saturday at Fairways in Rickmansworth (Hughberry use them) so far...
Cheers!

Ah, is it only the Cats they test! Good, it doesn't have one and stinks worse than the MSOC after a night out!
Thought it was all kinds of emissions they test, but to be honest don't have much of a clue about it all...

Bugger, I should have asked around! I'll take it down there tomorrow and see what happens. If need be I'll go see Mr Mags after that, thank you sir!
Should be fine, my only concern was that it's still registered as a 998 but running a 1275 stage 3 so emissions will be a bit higher! Sure it'll be fine though...
