its a big event for us and its on our patch

the tickets will come to me and be handed out at the pre meet
the crown and treaty pub in uxbridge
Crown and Treaty, 90 oxford road,Uxbridge, Middlesex, UB8 1LU
we need to leave the pub by 8am, please get there for 7.45am
if you cannot get there for then let me or mags know

dont forget to bring some chairs

food and drink is expensive at the show
we can arrange for catering if you would like us to do so
this would invole a donation of about £5 per head
those wanting to run with this please put beside your name
the number of car occupants you will have requiring food
sorry but no special diets can be catered for

saturday 18th at budgie hq or post up what you can bring
