*** HERTS SCOOBY CREW monthly meet ***
Ok so I wanna get a HERTS meet organised and get as many people together based around Hertfordshire/Welwyn Garden City/Potters Bar/Barnet... all are within throwing distance of each other so what say an offical monthly HERTS meet be set up??
Last Sunday of the month (although this month thats JTS so I suggest the 2nd to last Sunday this time round)
I have a venue sorted in the Welwyn Garden City area, just need to know if people are up for it??

I live on the border between Herts and Middx. The MSOC meet is 24th May and then I'm away for 6-months. But we should get together sometime, and maybe link up with Bucks and Essex and do a four counties thing.

t7srt - Chesthunt isnt that far at all and a nice drive over... good roads! 
JonMc - the old Herts Scooby Crew (which has but since fizzled out) used to meet regularly with the Bucks lot (lovely bunch of ppl and the drive up there on the A41... dribble, that road - wow) and we'd frequent the ESC meet with the Southend posers criuse!

The MSOC meet starts in Ruislip and ends in Uxbridge, so yes not far from PE this time.
You'd have a different view of the A41 if you'd covered the whole length of it on a Suzuki RG125. I grew up on Merseyside and was working in Earls Court one year, and the only way down was on the A41 because my bike had 'L' plates. I walked like John Wayne for a good few days

I've just checked my roster and I am off the weekend of 24th so should be able to make it over,,,,, Unles the wife decides to go into labour then i think imay be elsewhere

Until last nite there wasnt really a Herts Scooby Crew... but looks like we could be forming one
So I was thinking of the last Sunday of the month...? Could do the 1st Sunday of the month, which might be a Scooby overdose considering the ESC Scooby Crew meet the 1st Saturday nite of the month which I know a fair few go to...
Some of us need to justify the shaw-leave to the other half and Saturday nite and Sunday playing with cars is too much for one weekend apparently, not... women!
Anyway... this is the venue: Red Lion pub, near Welwyn Garden City, AL6 9AJ
The S2000 gives you a hint that this is also the location for the Herts s2000 meet (which is on tonight as it goes

you guys meet at 2pm? Usually the Herts meet will be at 2pm on the last Sunday, but as we're doing it the weekend before this time round, we could either do it earlier or later so those that want to attend the MSOC could do both...
I feel a convoy from one meet to the next coming on!
So 2pm MSOC, then 4pm Herts... just as a one off this month? Is that ok for people??

We gotta be very careful what we say about our 'favourite roads' coz if not they may end up being booby-trapped...
After the meet on the 24th I wouldn't mind following you to that other pub (if its on your way back home) to check it out as a possible alternative meeting place... and if we must travel down the A507 then I guess I'll just have to put up with it
