thanks druddle for the day, well you've made me a happy bunny - 243bhp; 220trq
(even though we haven't met or I don't know about it)
the bacon lady was great, I mean the bacon sannies
Paul - went to St. Albans - Power Flow - unfortunately there is not a chance to fit the xhaust on both sides as there's not enough space for it
thanks again

What a blinder of a day. 35 cars in total.
My Clio made 168bhp and 151 lb/ft torque.
It is slightly down on power due to the Ramair induction kit making a great noise (many heads appeared round the door cos they wondered what it was !!) but Merv advised to put the standard airbox back and put a performance element in, so i will do that soon and at the next RR session run it again.
Many many thanks to Merv and Chris - a long day but a fab one. The boys are real troopers.
Also many thanks for the bacon rolls, and for the chance to see Trout and Moe's cars.
Also many thanks to you guys, especially ga33a for being patient when i arrived 20 mins late cos i overslept and everyone for being there on time and being a bloody nice bunch of chaps (and chapesses).
I will arrange another one for some time in April i think.
Cheers guys.
Dave

Yeah cheers Dave (and the chaps at PE ) for doing this. Just sorry we turned up a little late, but I think it was worth it though!
I think the figures myself and ScoobyJawa got surprised a few people , just as much as they did for us.
268bhp and 251 lbs/ft for an "almost" std UK car was superb! (Cheers Steve L )
Good to see you all again, and I'll hopefully see you all again on Thursday. Who knows by then my car might be set up properly!

Has anyone got a summary of the day? ie. figures for all that ran?
Thanks again Dave for sorting the day out.
Good to see you too Moe, we must sort out a get together soon, and drag old fishboy (trout) along (apparently its not true, a zimmer frame WILL fit in his STi's boot despite his water can!

For some reason I can't e-mail at the moment so here are my results:

Thanks again for letting me join the list on the day
Cheers also to the guys at PE!

Hi All,
Cracking day
Met some top people who were more than willing to share their knowledge and experiences (cheers Darren, Arron, Stuart, Andy etc).
Druddle - No drama. Well worth the wait.
I was a little bit dissapointed with the figures I got, but I was only a little down on expected and I was the first person on the rollers
Anyway, it was a pleasure meeting all of you and a big thanks go to Merv, Chris & Dave.
You've got my figures dave.
Cheers
Gazza

Cheers Dave (aka Druddle) for organising and PE (Chris/Merv) for the advice.
My Figures were:
97MY UK with no mods
290 BHP @ 5553RPM
288 LBS/FT
Now I have just got to sort that bl**dy intake hose and get Bob to sort out my lag down below and my leaness at the top...
Jacko.

Just a thought - me and LukeS (man with Civic) have been looking at figures and think that ours might be low due to differences in final drive ratios for our motors and the scoobies.
Will look into it and see if a change in the ratio makes any power differences. Interestingly, i put the standard airbox back and there is more top end power and the torque delivery is more linear (feels like it), but it has nowhere near as much low end torque.
