Can anyone recommend a garage with a good welder in ideally North London area or else anywhere in the capital?

One of the slip joint holders keeps breaking off on my headers so they keep blowing, I have spoke to the seller and he has offered to pay for the cost of repair, but ideally the weld needs to be done with the headers in place as they are now. I think there should be enough room for the weld to be done, but i suppose thats at the discretion of the garage so any recomendations appreciated
