Is this thursday Halfway?

The horse riding episode was a hoot! The actions were a bit like watching a cheap **** movie! (or so I have been led to believe, having never seen one myself)
The convoy of Scoobs touring the car park was a sight?
See you in Dec.
JohnD
PS Nate, telling us how good you were at bowling is just an attempt to divert attention to the way you rode that wooden horse!!

Take the A127 towards Southend and turn off at the Junction for the A128 to Brentwood. The Halfway House Pub is actually on the slip road before you hit the roundabout for the juction.
For the benefit of Tim Saleh. There is usually at least a dozen or so of us including a couple of guys from Scoobysport and a good mix of Scoobs. I think Pete C, Scott etc usually turn up at about 6-6.30ish for a bit of grub and the rest of us from about 7.00 onwards. Hope this helps

Saw some funny guys on toy horses last night.
And a very red and shiny satin suited chick on a dancing game?
Hmmm, the festival park on a thursday night, bit different from
the halfway house eh? LOL
Good to see you folks

Chuck,
good to meet you mate....
sorry I was 'detained' (in a machine) when you left.
we managed a bowl (7 of us) about 10ish, someone suggested we give some notice next time and book a couple of lanes...could be a laff...
see you in December....

Bowling was great fun, even if I was pipped at the post by Rob
Nate and the newly named Graham were way ahead though, bl**dy experts
We should definitely organise a proper bowling thing next time, as it perhaps seemed like a bit of a half hearted meet for those who couldn't make the actual bowling!
PS: I dont think Mr Dettori has too much to worry about

Disco............
Mr Henman doesn't have much to worry about either ............ I don't know... A pub scooby meet that turns into Ferrari racing , Horse riding , Electric shocks , Tennis , Bowling ..... How did we do so much ??????
I do agree though about the bowling ...... Maybe if people show some support we could arrange 2,3 or 4 lanes at the bowling alley , cos it's only 5(?) minutes down the road ......... Who's in for bowling at the next meet !!
Nate.
PS. By no means am I an expert , just lucky that I got THREE strikes in a row .

Just gets funnier and funnier!!!,
just wanted to add, the first five of us (following a very well Driven ScoobyS , with really really silly seats - pete I know you don't want it nicked by fat boys now!), made a very tame jaunt to the festival park, all speed limits adhered to, courtesy shown, and no frustration at being overtaken by escorts!!!, even a gentle rumble past the nightclubs must have drawn heads - scoobs can go slow ????....well, they can sometimes........
see you all soon!
