Cambridge area sounds about central-ish.
Where n when ?
I was thinking (no rude comments) that we hadn't done a Fen Ditton recently (or did I miss it ?).

Well, in the absence of Grahame (where are you?!) shall we say 12 noon at The Plough in Fen Ditton next Sunday, ***28th*** October? I can't make next Sunday and tomorrow's too soon! Midday should mean that people can eat if they want to, or turn up a bit later if they would rather eat elsewhere first.
Directions... From the A14 come off at the Fen Ditton turn-off (B1047 I think) towards Cambridge. After a couple of miles, in the centre of Fen Ditton, turn right (the Blue Lion pub will be on your left as you do so). Follow the road down for about 100 yards, then bear right at the War Memorial. Follow the twisty tiny road round for another 200 yds or so. There will be a sharp left, and then a bit further up the pub is on the left while the road continues round a bend to the right. Great venue...

Any chance of making this a date other than Sunday October 14? Currently clashes with the second Watford meet, and a few of us (Sal?) would like to do both.
Richard - since ownership seems to have passed to you, how about the following weekend?

21st it is then! Might give us time to sort out a reasonable turn out.
Actually, seeing as this is the halfway point of the Ring of Cambridge run, anyone fancy doing half or the whole run again, just starting from here instead? About 87 miles in two equal stints circling Cambridge back to the start point - without using virtually any A-roads... Just a thought if it's a nice day The weather should be nice and cold then too which helps boost

Ahh! Should've read my 'True Grip' a little more thoroughly.
28th certainly OK for me.
In fact only booked 2 weekends between now & mid-December - no social life or what?

RIGHT! 28th it is then!
Is everyone ok for the 28th October?
Thanks for the note about karting at the AGM - I've now booked myself on that. PTMW, Ian, anyone want to make up a team?
Cheers
