Not had mine yet, a bit miffed really!
Anyhow Duncan (ppp RB5) reckons they're nearly done, apparently John Piper has since left Eclipse for something else, hence the delay.

- Why has John left, they have a high turnover of staff it seems.
I doubt I will use them for anything major.
It would be nice to see the same people each time who know you and your car...
