Hi Guys,
I’ve made an executive decision, with the agreement of some of you
There’s too many of us (around 50 peeps, inc. kiddies) to be able to have dinner together on the Saturday night in a restaurant in town, so I thought that we could all have dinner in the hotel’s restaurant instead at about 1830. (It works out at £13.95 a head for adults, £6.00 for children 6-12, and £3.00 for children up to 5 yrs) - then hit the pubs/club.
I’ve spoken to the hotel and they’re fine with this, as long as I can get back to them with confirmed numbers by the end of next week (Fri 5 Oct), so.....
If you’d like to do this, then please post here how many adults/children will be having dinner, and also let me know if anyone’s a vegetarian or has any special dietary requirements.
Cheers
Kim
p.s. If anyone wants to see a sample menu – this can be found on the hotel’s website
p.p.s. Who’s up for clubbing on the Saturday night? (Jase is working on complimentary tickets for Colonel Bogey’s)

Sorry about breaking off for the evening meal, its just I know I'm offensive (ish) when drunk (and get drunk quite quickly ) so probably best, I'm away from the kids..
But I'll find out more info, but I'm sure there is a chinese not too far away, then we can arrange to meet up with the rest later in the evening at a pub before the club
Alex
