Okay chaps,
here is the run so far.......
I am travelling up in the 14th about 7pm, maybe earlier depending on whether I can finish work early.
Other peeps are possibly travelling earlier.
First place to stay is the Travel Inn at South Queensferry, Edinburgh......

me & the girlfriend are going to the loch lomond do, via northumberland (fri) edinburgh (sat)and have managed to book just along the loch from the meet(now full).But we were up in glasgow a few weeks ago and stayed in a premier lodge (£41.95 per room) 0870 700 1400 on the milngavie road G61 3TA this is on the north side of glasgow (http://www.premierlodge.co.uk/locator/details.jsp?id=603)and is 20-30 mins drive to loch lomond, very clean with a nice pub next door (the burn brae). hope this is of some use.

Well 'Chelle thats presumption......
It will be ScoobySnack + 0. Good old me on the road with nothing but the rolling mountains, fresh air and the site of Scoobys (probably yours with its rear hanging out over the cliff edges)
