Clay Pigeon Shoot - July 7th (Sat)
#1
After meeting another lot of wanna-be gangsters on Thursday night. I have been requested to arrange a clay shoot.
The event starts at 11 o'clock, just off the A2 (Bluewater).
Shooting time depends on the numbers that attend. With groups of 6 people, we should be done by about 1:30 ish!
Cost will be around £30 per person. This includes the loan of a gun, cartridges, and a nutcase telling you, you just missed it! But then he's not a good shoot anyway.
All those in favour of attending, please raise the hand. If not post here!

Hello Chap,
Nice to meet u the other night. Would like to say I would be coming but I think I am off to a wedding... so I'll get back to you.
Had a word with your mate Steve, think he is sorting me out with a scoobysprt system.
Quite impressed with your departure last Thurday. That makes me realise either my scooby is just really underpowered or yours is rigged up like a jetfighter.. mmm 4 wheels spinning on dry tarmac.... I didnt know the potential of the sccob!!
Speak soon

Good to meet you the other night Danny.
Will check the old callendar and see what I'm up to. I have a feeling that I've got to pick my brother up at Gatwick @ midday on the 7th though, so i might not be able to make it.
Will confirm tomorrow if I'm coming or not.
Oh, and will there be any rabbits about

Looking at the numbers I may have to organise some more gun licences to be there.
The cost for this is £50 per 6 people. These licence holders will come into the stand with you, and help you shoot it.
This only raises the price to around the £30 marker, sorry about this. Just had this sprung on me.

Kim, just as requested. So you cant get lost. DIRECTIONS, and no its NOT Bluewater shopping centre.
I take it most of you will be coming along from the M25, if you not then please mail me.
From the M25, take the A2 exit to Dover. Drive up the hill. About 1 mile
At the top of it, there is a sign for Bluewater.
Take this exit, staying in the right hand lane.
At the top on the slip road, there is a roundabout, take the second exit. (almost straight over!)
Go down the little hill, to another roundabout, turn left.
This takes you under a bridge.
On the left hand side about 200 yards, there is a revolving sign 'JJ's Shoot'.
Turn left into the woods, and just keep going.
You will drive over the A2, at the end of this track the turning is on the right.
I'll be there from about 10, any problems call me on 07767 897482.

cheers Danny and all, was a top day out doing something completely different, really enjoyed it, no..really... sorry about any spelling but am having to use voice recognition software due to the fact that I can't move either of my arms at the moment...

Ditto Dom - except I CAN move my arm(s)...well, at the moment
Had an absolutely fantastic time (even though I could barely lift the gun by the end of it). We will be back, and I vow that I will learn to hit those fast right to left clays!
Off now to find multiple bags of frozen peas for tomorrow's aches and pains
Big thanks again (and also from Mike & Emma)
Kim
p.s. my trophy's on top of the telly (gonna get it engraved with "Wifey"
