As for convoy, good idea, there is already one going on (see the convoy details on my site) so depending on the direction you might want to meet up at one of the waypoints.

Looks like we might get quite a few people turning up

Think you're right, but I have a feeling these are in the main carpark and not inside the 'grounds' as it were, or i could be totally wrong. which is usually the case.
